Chapters 01–02 · The first step

Two paths. Two futures. One step.

  1. Life is warfare.

Your time on this planet is limited, and every second you waste by not being your best self, your potential slowly deteriorates.

  2. The world has changed.

The modern environment is built from destructive impulses: screens, processed food, substances, influences that cloud your perspective. It grows stronger while you, the human organism, weaken.

  3. We are drawn downhill.

Humans are drawn to the path of least resistance. In the ancient world it kept us alive. In this one it leads to dependency, anxiety, disease and regret.

  4. You need a system.

To hold your course you need a reliable method that keeps you accountable and transforms the self into a version stronger than the world around it.

  5. This is that system.

The Warpath Evolution is that system. The person you are meant to become is on the other side of this book.

Phase 01
Enter the WarpathChapters 03–05

Before the war, the organism.

The first chapters are not about goals. They zoom out: the planet, evolution, the body, the time you have. Everything after that stands on this ground.

  1. You are an organism.

Biologically speaking, still an animal: billions of cells and a DNA that went through millions of years of survival. A unique human specimen that has never existed before and will never exist again.

  2. Adaptation is the rule of everything alive.

Every organism alive today adapted for millions of years, the polar bear, the camel, your ancestors. Adapt or disappear. Humans spread to nearly every climate on Earth by doing exactly that.

  3. The battlefield changed faster than your genes.

Part of nature for millions of years, settled for ten thousand, now surrounded by objects that did not exist a century ago. An environment designed to influence your behaviour.

  4. Stability through change.

Allostasis: the body recalibrates its baseline to what you repeatedly do. Repeated destructive choices become a destructive baseline. The ninety days work on the same mechanism in the other direction.

  5. Time is a violent stream.

Set against the abyss of time already passed, a life is a flux of consciousness: here now, gone before you realise you are alive. One mission has you colour in, week by week, the part of your life already used.

What changes in you after Phase 1

You stop fighting yourself blind.

  • You see the environment that was built to pull you downhill, and stop blaming willpower for what is design.
  • You know what your body and mind are for, and what they were never built to handle.
  • Time stops being abstract. You have counted the weeks you have left and coloured in the ones already gone.

What you walk away with: your first non-negotiables, written down. Phase 2 decides the direction.

Phase 02
Strategic VisionChapters 06–09

Then you choose one direction.

Phase 2 turns what you now know into a plan: six missions, from the weeks you have left to a twelve-month campaign you can actually fight.

  1. Confront your time

Mission 11. Your whole life mapped as dots, one per week, up to a hundred years. You colour in the ones already gone.

  2. Meet the versions within

Missions 12 and 13. The natural self and the created self, the Iron Dragon, and mentoring yourself the way you would coach the young Alexander.

  3. Write the best life you could possibly live

Mission 14. A specific moment at least ten years ahead, sculpted until you can see it play out and believe it is now.

  4. Map a decade of progress

Mission 15. Backwards from the lifetime vision: where you must be in ten years, five, two, twelve months.

  5. Define your Campaign of Attack

Mission 16. At most five SMART strategic objectives across the four domains, each with tactical goals and the actions that serve them.

What changes in you after Phase 2

You stop drifting.

  • A lifetime vision you actually believe, written as one specific moment at least ten years out.

Morning went exactly to plan. The drawer trick works. Deep work felt sharp.
Lost 40 minutes after lunch scrolling. Trigger: the client call made me nervous,
so I avoided preparing for it. Lesson: the hard thing first, always.
Gym was good but I cut the last set. No excuse, I was just done with it.

What changes in you after Phase 3

You stop negotiating with yourself in the morning.

  • Ninety days of decisions made the evening before, when you are clear, instead of in the moment, when you are weak.
  • Thirteen honest weekly reviews: what worked, what did not, and why. Adaptation is how everything alive evolves. Now it is how you do.
  • Evidence in your own handwriting that you can hold a course for ninety days. After that you know you can run the next campaign, and the one after.

What you walk away with: a system you read once and run every year. Not the next self-development book. The last one you need.

Day 90 / 90 · The evolved self

An evolved version of you will emerge.

Change is painful and uncomfortable. But once the pain subsides, an evolved version of you emerges: a rebirth, the completed transformation of the optimised organism.

The hidden benefits of the uphill path · Chapter 02
01

A new perspective of yourself

Success breeds confidence. The more victories you experience, the stronger your belief in yourself becomes.

02

A new perspective of reality

Your understanding of how the world works deepens. Seeing the patterns helps you navigate the battlefield of life.

03

Strategic foresight

Experience and knowledge combine into the capacity to anticipate what lies ahead and to look beyond the horizon of the unknown.

Confidence feeds discipline, discipline feeds drive, drive feeds the next victory. The book is built to start that cycle and keep it running.

The Iron Dragon · Chapter 06

The version of you who

  1. sees through the facade of the modern world.
  2. remains unmoved by the destructive impulses.
  3. understands the intricacies of being an evolved organism in an unfamiliar environment.
  4. learns, adapts and evolves while staying true to clear standards and values.
  5. has a clear, sharp mind and a powerful body: the embodiment of a realised human organism.

‘You’re on your way to becoming a strategic human organism, an autonomous warrior on the chessboard of life.’

What that looks like in practice.

Day 0Day 90

You wake up and choose the path of least resistance. Again.

You wake up on time, move, and execute a Plan of Attack you wrote last night.

Ambitions everywhere, no direction. Everything matters, so nothing moves.

One twelve-month Campaign of Attack. Four domains. Strategic objectives you can measure.

Your habits run you. Most of them were never chosen.

A list of non-negotiables you kept for ninety days, and the discipline that came with it.

You know you could be more. You have known for years.

A new perspective of yourself, a new perspective of reality, and the foresight to use both.

What it is

A system, not a pep talk.

This book is
  • ✓Ten chapters that explain the terrain: evolution, the modern environment, time, the self, strategy.
  • ✓Twenty written missions, each ending in a decision you sign off on paper.
  • ✓One twelve-month Campaign of Attack across four domains, with strategic objectives, tactical goals and actions.
  • ✓Ninety Daily Battle Pages, thirteen weekly and three monthly reviews, printed in the book.
  • ✓Doctrine that has held for two thousand years: Marcus Aurelius, Lao Tzu, Seneca, Frankl.
This book is not
  • —Motivation you will have spent by Sunday.
  • —A hack, a shortcut or a quick fix.
  • —A journal of empty pages without a method behind it.
  • —A book you read once and shelve.
  • —Theory without execution.

Practical

Before you order.

What exactly do I get?+

One hardcover in two parts. Book I is the method: ten chapters and twenty written missions on evolution, the modern environment, time, the self and strategy. Book II is the workbook: ninety Daily Battle Pages, thirteen weekly reviews and three monthly reviews. You write in it by hand.

How much time does it take each day?+

Each Daily Battle Page has three parts. You prepare the next day the evening before, you execute during the day and you reflect in the evening. The writing itself is a few lines each time. The missions in Book I take longer, several are timed exercises of about twenty minutes.

Can I start the ninety days straight away?+

Read Book I first. Its missions produce your vision, a twelve-month Campaign of Attack with at most five objectives and your Daily Plan of Attack. The Daily Battle Pages are built on those, so without them you would be filling in pages with no direction.

What if I miss a day?+

You continue the next day. The pages are numbered by week and day, not by calendar date, so nothing goes to waste. The evening reflection and the weekly review are where you look at what worked, what did not and what you change.

Is this only for athletes or people with a military background?+

No. It is for anyone who wants to decide what their next year is for and then actually do it. The military language is the method, not the audience: you study the terrain, set a vision, plan a campaign and fight one day at a time.

Is there an e-book or a paperback?+

No. The system is filled in by hand, so there is one edition: the hardcover. You can choose the standard copy or the signed first edition, the book itself is the same.

When does it ship, and what if it is not for me?+

The first edition ships in November 2026, in order of purchase. The date on this page is updated the moment the printer confirms.
